Winter Rentals on the Algarve
November 2011 to February 2012 - Our offer to spend weeks in the warm winter sun of Southern Portugal.
This fully Air Conditioned (that heats as well as cools) 2 bedroom South facing Apartment has 2 balconies and is located at Alvor in the Western Algarve enjoying year round sunshine.
To help make your stay comfortable the Apartment has been equipped and tastefully decorated for longer Self-Catering needs. Facilities include full Air Conditioning, a Siemens Oven, an Electric Hob, a Microwave Oven, a Siemens Washing Machine and a new Fridge/Freezer. The 37" LCD Sony TV (40 cable channels complete with remote control) and DVD have been placed in the Lounge Area of this Bright Larger than average Apartment - approaching 1000 sq. feet.
A Study Area with Desk Lamp has been created in the main Bedroom - the Laptop shown in the photograph is for illustration only. In addition you will find a Trolley mounted Sanyo TV in this large main bedroom.
Broadband ADSL Internet access can be rented in 2 ways, either - hard-wired, take your Laptop over the Square to an Internet Cafe where they charge around 2 Euro an hour or spend around 10 Euros a week for 24 hour wireless access via a USB plug-in local Portuguese Vodafone network Dongle - that will be loaned to you by our local Agent Jackie with 10 Euros usage time already loaded.
All running costs* are included in the price for renting this beautiful, practical yet homely apartment.
* We have set high limits of 400 units (KWh) usage per month for electricity (this is 4 times the highest usage we have experienced to date) and 100 cubic metres for water per month (this includes disposal and waste collections). Usage above these limits are charged at cost to us. No guests have ever reached these limits.
